We inform you that, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2007 - Personal Data Protection Code, LimoGreenService, with registered office at Via Eliseo Vismara 26 Int 2, 20044 Arese MI, is the Data Controller of the personal data you provide. Processing of personal data means the collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure, and destruction of such data, or the combination of two or more of these operations. This data will be processed by the LimoGreenService Consortium in relation to your requests:
- to perform the requested service or one or more requested operations;
- to comply with legal obligations;
The data will be processed using tools that guarantee security and confidentiality and may also be carried out using automated tools to store, manage, and transmit the data.
We also inform you that in relation to the aforementioned processing, you may exercise the rights set forth in Article 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2007 (the text of which is provided below). Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2007, Art. 7: Right of access to personal data and other rights:
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exists, regardless of its being already recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain information on:
a) the source of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic means;
d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the entities or categories of entities to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of it in their capacity as designated representatives in the territory of the State, data processors, or persons in charge of processing.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) updating, rectification, or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been notified, including their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, except where such disclosure proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right being protected.
4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him or her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct selling materials or for conducting market research or commercial communications.
